Introducing the 1837 Heirloom Women's Cheerleader Sweater, just in time to help you root for The Herd for Fall '24! This season's style features a knitted kelly body with a chenille letter and woven striped collar, cuffs, and bottom band, in complementary shades of black and antique white. Stand out from the crowd with this iconic and unique sweater!
This sweater is fitted. Building on feedback from our previous sweater style, the body of this piece is four inches longer than the "Polly" style from last Spring, and the sleeves are a touch longer. If you like items a little larger, we suggest you size up. While it has plenty of *give, it doesn't have any spandex or anything that makes it super-stretchy.
This is woven from 100% cotton. For best results, hand wash it and lay flat to dry. Yeah, we know that's a pain, but if we want the fancier decoration, we have to take extra care.
In 2023, the West Virginia Legislature enabled cities to create Private Outdoor Designated Areas, or PODAs. The City of Huntington became the first city in West Virginia to adopt an ordinance establishing a PODA in June of that same year. The PODA in downtown Huntington occurs on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 to 11 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. During the PODA season, you can grab a to-go drink in a designated PODA to-go cup (a clear cup with the PODA logo) and explore the downtown with your friends after dinner or before an event.
